You get a laptop with the job which you will use on a daily basis. Employees also get a public transport card, whereas interns do not. Eurail.com is active in an international environment. It is an informal company where people work hard.

They do not use MacBooks, yet. Although Eurail is an international company there is a majority of Dutch employees.

It is a decent company to work for, but speaking up about certain issues or disagreements with colleagues can lead to immediate dismissal, with no chance of returning. Unfortunately, opportunities for growth or role rotation based on individual skills are limited. Favouritism seems to play a significant role within the team, often giving an advantage to those who focus on gaining favour rather than merit. They fired me without even saying thank you or informing my team about what was happening. The team is full of secrecy. Those under third-party contracts are not taken into account by the rest of the company.
