      I love to be able to work close with our guest on a day to day basis. I love that I have the ability to enjoy my family on holidays and weekends.

      Cons

      Very large company and sometimes the right hand does not communicate good with the left.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
