Pros
Paid well, good hours, delicious free food
Cons
Management is too money hungry, makes deals with coke & pepsi and then forces us to sell their beverages. Upper management doesn't care if we cannot sell the product, we just are forced to buy it. Same concept with frozen food and gross retail snacks. Upper management sells contracts saying we use all fresh food, then we are forced to purchase a pallet/month of frozen. Upper management wants us to do all of these things (open more stations, product more, have more chefs tables, etc) all which require more labor, however we are forced to flex labor all the time. They want us to somehow produce more but cut labor, they do not treat hourly labor with any respect, do not care about cutting their hours, however expect the hourly labor to do all of the work. Upper management never seem to understand how operations actually work, they just have ideas of how to make more money. This is why our turnover is so high.
