      Weekends off and the holidays off

      Cons

      Hours are terrible. You will work 13-15 hours a day, sometimes as much as 17 per day. Pressure is terrible. Overall no real service just turn the food out. National contracts division.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
