Status company - high management drive expensive cars, great phones... they show the status. All of the people here are overloaded, there is mess in project management, honest feedback is very rare, management is not open... When new project and extra work, no special remuneration. The salary compensation has been frozen years ago and the company does not want to review it (the salary increase is still going on, just the salary tables are old).
