Pros
In Taiwan where working overtime is considered a norm, I feel pretty content at Eurocharm because we get to leave on time. Many of the duties are self-regulated, so I would say this is a pro for individuals who do not like helicopter managers. Reasonable salary. People are friendly, and the majority of them are in their 40s and 50s.
Cons
The office needs some serious renovation. There could be a lot of improvement with the facilities. Headquarter location in Taipei in an industrial zone which isn't accessible by public transit. The colleagues who have been with the company for years adopt this "every man for himself" kind of attitude which leads to no sense of teamwork.
