Stress takes on a whole different meaning when working here. There is no pat on the back or thank you from management for accomplishing what seemed impossible. There is an unequal division of work. Management has lost touch with how much time it takes to follow standard operating procedures and they have no regard for the balance of work and family/ home life. The stress was not worth what it did to my health.
