Great people, terrible workplace - Scientist Eurofins Employee Review

Excessive workload with overtime being relatively common and never receiving any thanks (or extra pay) for overtime performed. Very poor management. A number of complaints went into one particular manager which were all ignored. Very large turnaround of staff with very little people staying here for long due to the poor work atmosphere. Very young workforce who typically come in after college, get their experience and then move on for better pay and conditions.
