I enjoyed the people I worked with on a daily basis. I learned a lot from some very helpful coworkers. Pay and benefits were OK. Most of the "inner circle of managers" were canned when they merged with another company.

Difficult to get a raise. Upper management quick to jump to conclusions. Most of the upper managers were of one nationality and a very tight knit group. Difficult to please.

The compensation is acceptable but not impressive. The business in an interesting Industry that makes work more enjoyable. There are many opportunities to work in different areas of the company because of the small infastructure.

The management is poor. They do not provide clear focus or objectives and do provide feedback or support to employees. The management has also shown an inability to adapt to a changing market conditions. The location is undesirable being very isolated from any major metropolitan areas.
