Poor leadership (the worst I have experienced) - Sales Associate Europe Emirates Group Employee Review

This company is horrible. They only care about the money, not the employees. You will be micromanaged on everything. You will be nitpicked on everything. People don't mind throwing anyone under the bus. Employees who were competent were let go for trivial reasons while incompetent ones who had other family members within the company continue to thrive. It really sucks working here. I do not recommend young people to consider this company as a starting point for their career.
