Pros

Good Location Free Parking Nice shift patterns. 10am onwards which was good for doing the school run. Friendly staff. Shops, Cafes and Supermarkets nearby for breaks

Cons

Telemarketing is not an easy job, In the end it just wasn´t for me. Sometimes had to chase payment of commission but always got the money if sometimes a couple of days late.

Pros

Can’t say there are any

Cons

Poor management - protecting and enabling bad behaviour in the office. Sexual harassment and inappropriate sexual conduct from senior males in the office including top level. Known that sexual exploitation was taking place. Overtime expected with no compensation. Staff members getting sick from stress in the office and never given support. Anyone who speaks out is threatened by the CEO and a few incidents of direct personal threats that were escalated to police. Fraud committed casually taking money from clients when they have no prospect of success and this is known but clients are lied to. When clients would ask for money back they were intimidated or belittled. Any clients who put online reviews were coerced into removing them. Culture of trying to make legal team overlook ethics as well as compliance. Rewarding bullying and several employees have previous criminal convictions that can be found in the public domain, these employees work under fake names and alias names. Bullying employees for things like disability, gender and sexual orientation. Illegally recording audio and videos of employees in the office. Illegally recording in bathrooms - one employee who suffered from bulimia was recorded being sick. CEO made comments about her mental health. Another employee was called names such as fat etc by management and the CEO. Culture of intimidation and drug use in the office - violence was also condoned in the office and by men in the office. Throwing chairs at women etc and coercing women into things they did not feel safe in. Adjusting payslips and pay always late - employees only paid salary and or commission slips as and when clients would pay their fees. This company have been reported to every regulator by at least 4 ex employees would avoid.
