Small company feel with Big company benefits. Great opportunity to learn different facets of business since most employees have to wear many different hats due to staffing limitations.
Cons
Impersonal corporate mentality. Sees dollar signs not people. Lack of workflow. Leadership simply conducts subordinates to work and does little to no work to help successful results. Do not think that this is Sysco. This is simply a division that Sysco is syphoning $ from. The employees at this OpCo are not given the same considerations as those from Sysco divisions. Very inexperienced leadership. The leadership at this division has mainly only worked for Sysco in their adult careers and have no working knowledge of what is considered appropriate treatment of employees in today's modern workplace. Pay is well below grade for anyone that is a new hire. No work schedule flexibility or work from home opportunities.
