Disrespect Towards Women: There is a noticeable lack of respect towards female employees. I have witnessed and experienced instances of condescending attitudes, dismissive behavior, and inappropriate comments. This behavior is not adequately addressed by management. Ineffective Support: The current management team and procedures for handling complaints about discrimination and harassment are insufficient. Reports of disrespect and harassment are often ignored or not taken seriously.

Some colleagues were not friendly and the climate in the company lacks of clear hierarchy. Beyond that the general negative climate that exists in the market has influenced the management. The Director is not a good manager and lacks of team building skills.
