Pros
Positive environment, very cool techonological scope (satellite is fun!), excellent benefit package. Salary is good, compared to other options in Turin.
Cons
It's very hard to grow, both from a compensation and from a responsibility point of view. The organization is pretty static: once an hierarchy is established, it's usually almost impossible to climb up the ladder. There seems a be a preference to hire and include in the team only young people, while senior professional figures are less often considered for hiring.
