Cons
For a company that manages 11 skill nursing homes + other subsidiaries, micro management method should be left a long time ago. The company cannot grow to the next level due to wrong management method implementation. So many qualified people tried to bring the company to the next level. However, since the owner did not have the capability/knowledge to see what was needed for the company to grow such as huge capital investment, employee appreciation to retain your most valuable employee (the actual cost that a company spends for high employee turnover) and the pain to be taken to change the right culture and management style to move to the next level, all of those high qualified people were fired. And some actually resigned due to they could not see the company would grow and they wanted to find a company that still have the possibilities to grow and be apart of it.
Most of the implemented solutions were bandage solutions. The owners/board are not patient enough to see the result of the right management method.
