Salary was fair for the role.

Upper management were toxic, failed to accept criticism and have driven out key and valuable employees.

Everyone is supportive, friendly, and always willing to help each other succeed. Leadership can sometimes be a bit brisk or direct in their communication, but it comes from a place of driving the company’s success.

One downside is that attendance at town halls is mandatory, which can sometimes restrict holiday plans. I feel it would be helpful if managers communicated expectations or follow-ups when a session is missed.
