      Pros

      Small, agile company. Work from home. Very intelligent, experienced work force. Fun atmosphere. No corporate red tape. Great teamwork. Management is involved in the development and implementation of our tools.

      Cons

      Fellow employees are spread across the US making it difficult for face to face meetings. A small company has challenges staying focused, but the day to day needs attention.

      Pros

      Team is amazing, great location and benefits. They are flexible if you need anything and are very team focus work which is great. When I first started the on boarding process was probably one of the best I had so far.

      Cons

      None so far, they are really good.

      Pros

      I think overall, the culture and value of the company is one of the best I have ever worked for. In my many years of doing IT work, and working with bosses, I have rarely worked with the founders that do what they say, and say what they do.

      Cons

      There isn't a downside. I like working for a small company, I like being able to talk to the management at any time. If you are one that enjoys being a number, this is not a company for you.
