There is an empowerment culture that allows you even at an entry level position to be responsible for your contribution. Great team with very nice and smart people. Hi level of integrity from leadership down and always trying to do best by customers. The transparency is refreshing.

This company is not for everyone. If you are looking for a place to clock in and out and have minimal responsibilities, Eved is not for you. You need to work hard and your team counts on you to come through. If you are not looking to be challenged and learn, it is not for you. It is also smaller and younger. There is opportunity to create some more processes. You have to be willing to work where everything is not already defined.
