As a Facillitator you can not work more than 7 times a month. You also get hired for the day that company wants you and then you are off again till next time. You don't know how many times you are going to work each month and you don't know when they are going to call you , what day and time they want you for an event. You are not bound to answer yes in every call but the less you can the less you recieve a call for an event.

You gain a lot of experience in different fields and you make plenty of acquaintances to further establish your mark in the field.

The office environment is stressful while exists shouting.
