I’ve been working with Eventus since April 2024, leaving managed care as a a supervisor. I enjoy Eventus’s productivity model, allowing me to base my work on what works for me. What I most enjoy is family work balance. I am able to adjust my schedule to what my kids needs are. I am not missing the important things, am able to coach, and also able to travel.
I feel like I am supported through the technology; ambience and Picasso most notably. My market leads are available if I need them, as well as my collaborator. Feed back from my market lead and the coding team is extremely helpful.
