      Pros

      Gratis. Free treatments if your manager “approves”. Streamlined and transparent cosmetic dermatology. Enjoyed the camaraderie for the most part.

      Cons

      Management at my particular branch was very toxic. Unhappy, soulless individual and a classic case of misery loves company from this particular controller. Micromanagement and nitpicking caused substantial staff turnover. Favoritism with some while pitting others against. It was good riddance when I left chile!

      Some really great client facing stuff

      Cons

      This company has downsized and let go of so many good people. No one will ever know what they’re doing and this place is filled with fakes and fraudsters. Many under qualified people in positions of leadership who use nasty behavior to make up for what they lack in skill
