Pros
The environment was so welcoming from day one, there was a lot of excitement and great opportunity for travel, learning experiences and growth. I got to learn about how to make customer acquisitions as well as speak to new people on a daily basis!
I learned the back ends of what it truly makes to create and run a business, and I got promoted fairly quickly which didn’t normally occur anywhere else I’ve ever worked. The employees are people who truly take the time to get to know you, and always encourage bettering yourself and check-in on you so you feel like you’re actually part of a family.
Cons
Some days are definitely difficult and this job isn’t for people who are used to instant gratification. You are constantly having to push yourself every single day, and get really uncomfortable and have to learn how to adapt or change things quickly and accurately but also still manage to get the job done. It definitely tests your creativity and you have to have the mental strength to do whatever it takes, which usually isn’t for everyone.
