Pros
The hourly employees are great, they work very hard to keep the place running. The owner organized food trucks, coffee, lunches, and recognition celebrations.
Cons
The Managers (QA, Supply Chain, and other "managers") never leave their desks and have no idea how un-organized and in-efficient that place is. People leave and come back, then leave again. They expect you to work overtime (14 hours +) and 6 to 7 days without breaks. They communicated NO pay increases in January, then a bunch of people got raises because they were desperate. If you work in the formulated department you lift up to 5,000lbs per shift by yourself. We are just told to move fast and if we make mistakes we get written up. My body is wrecked and there are so many work place injuries.
