Pros
Ever Nimble has such a collaborative and caring culture. The senior leadership team are extremely approachable and they really invest in their staff members both emotionally and in terms of professionally. There are a lot of opportunities to progress and flourish within Ever nimble, as well as constant openings in different training courses. It really is a nurturing environment where staff of all ranks will work together in union to help each other out.
Cons
There are no real cons in my honest opinion. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to feel as connected to staff based in other offices but it's purely down to timezone and not a fault of the company.
