Pros

- Flexible time off - Fully remote

Cons

- Execs seem to be out of touch with reality - stripping every bit of morale or fun out of the workforce due to budget constraints but miraculously having funds to fly execs across the world frequently which seems out of sync with our remote culture.

HI there - thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad that you enjoy our FTO and hybrid work practices, which are supported by our "Work Flexibly with Accountability" value. These practices are a significant part of our culture and we are proud to be able to support our people to find balance. We are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding executive travel and its perceived impact on our budget and culture. All travel decisions are made with careful consideration and on an as-needed basis. Your comments about the disconnect between executive and employee experiences are also noted. We believe in the importance of understanding and empathizing with all roles within our company and that you have channels to share your feedback within your team. We would encourage you to leverage the existing internal feedback mechanisms or to reach out to a member of the People Team at peopleteam@evercommerce.com to discuss your concerns in more detail.

Pros

Good work life balance. Allows remote work and provides unlimited PTO

Cons

Specific to EverHealth Career opportunities: First job where i noticed racism and bias stalling personal career development. Engineering org specifically has very little career growth opportunities. Once you are a senior developer, you will be given more work with zero recognition. Culture: Blame culture is at the forefront and people are extremely scared to make mistakes. Everyday a new process is implemented and everyone is supposed to just know how it works. Compensation: Pay is no where close to industry standards. A job switch gives a 30% pay jump without even trying to negotiate. Diversity: High groupism among leaders. Hiring is done based on past relationships as opposed to checking on their merit. Recognition is also given based on color of skin. Management: Every day you see a new level of incompetency when it comes to senior leaders. Everyone is looking after themselves and no one is focused on operating as a team except for a handful of managers.
