      Told to use the bathroom in a bucket, no overtime despite 12 to 13 hour shifts consistently,neopetism, only one 20 min lunch break despite working outside the entire shift lifting metric tons of gravel.

      Pros

      They are desperate and will hire anyone because no one stays here. Revolving door mentality.

      Cons

      Ridiculous amount of driving with no reimbursement, they expect you to drive hours during rush hour from one side of the state to the other in the same day. Very misleading when you start as to expectations and types of leads.
