      Pros

      They have a flexible work schedule and a great working crew. The foreman are all well trained and have an answer to what ever question you may have!

      Cons

      They overwork their employees. Having them work outside during winter in below freezing temperatures. For $13/hr it doesn’t seem just.

      Pros

      They are desperate and will hire anyone because no one stays here. Revolving door mentality.

      Cons

      Ridiculous amount of driving with no reimbursement, they expect you to drive hours during rush hour from one side of the state to the other in the same day. Very misleading when you start as to expectations and types of leads.
