Pros
Flexible schedule, reasonable pay, cell allowance provided as well as laptop/printer. The ability to be autonomous, work with different doctors--some of which are great! Developing relationships with facilities and staff.
Cons
Communication within the organization is not the best. Too many changes too often in terms of programs, expectations, focus projects. Not enough comraderie between NPs, working alone and not seeing colleagues enough to exchange ideas, provide support to each other.
