Pros
If you have the right manager, you can make a lot of money here. Problem is, there are only 4-5 "right" manager. The rest provide no guidance, take work from your desk and lie straight to your face on a regular basis.
Cons
They take companies off your desk. They go back on written agreements. They poach companies from employees. There really is 0 loyalty in this company all the way up to the President. You can do all the work and hav everything set and they will award other people with the fruits of your labor.
