Wonderful staff and owner to work for.

I had a lot of substantive duties to do. The work is mostly administrative, duties such as answering phones, organizing files, and contacting tenants. It was tedious at times but not too difficult.

There were no cons. I guess maybe that the water came from tap? You had to drive around to do the work, so there would be a con if you didn't have access to a car.
