Pros

The company provides a good opportunity for people who want to develop their communication and customer service skills. The training process is helpful, and the team environment is generally supportive. It is a good place to gain experience and improve professionally.

Cons

Like many customer service roles, the workload can sometimes be demanding, especially during busy periods. Adjusting to schedules and maintaining work-life balance can also be challenging at times.

Pros

Work from home. Flexible schedule.

Cons

I work on the state farm side of things. The moment you clock in you are taking calls dealing with customers at the dealership and sales man trying to be demanding to you so they can get their commission check. Every call is the exact same. Absolutely no brain simulation. They expect you to pick up another call in less then a minute and read all these long disclosures and if not they will flag you. Using state farms old software is so buggy. Half the calls the customers can use the app but don't. They listen and watch every call. It's not worth the pay. Either pay us more or hire more people so we aren't taking calls back to back for 8 hours at a time.
