Pros

You will learn a lot. Get to work on really cool events and projects. You'll get to travel frequently.

Cons

60+ hour weeks are normal. Low pay will little or no chance from raises. No reviews. Management is very tempramental. Company likes to "push" new employees to see if they'll break.

Pros

The company culture feels like it's rocketing toward the stars. There's a determination among everyone to achieve the ambitious goals set for the next 15 years. It's inspiring to see a collective attitude that recognizes how the small actions taken today can have extraordinary impacts in the future. I found growth at Everlast and wouldn't be surprised if others found it as well.

Cons

Pushing the boundaries of work/life balance, I would say that while I worked here, work often overflowed into my personal life. However, I don't think that was particularly a problem with Everlast but more with the live event industry, which often involves working overtime and some weekends. Everlast tries to be as accommodating as possible to the demands of the live event industry.
