Friendly environment with flexible hours but unclear direction - Anonymous employee Evero Energy Employee Review

There are/were great, loyal and hardworking people and at the start the environment was united, but all changed

Too many high paid Managers and not enough lower grade employees to share the workload. Evero do not value their staff and are very ‘cut-throat’ if they want to get you out of the door. They have no empathy and will only tolerate ‘personal circumstances’ for so long, before they find a way to get rid, no matter how hard you continue to work. Avoid this company, they wear a good mask, but it soon drops. No Respect, need to Reimagine a good working environment, only interested in Results

Local teams were very professional.

Senior management didn’t have a clue, micro managing at the highest level , CEO being the worst culprit, wages were never correct, and treated us like we were just a number.
