Pros

I love working for this company. Caring people, honest and truly human. I will be here 4 years tomorrow. They have grown so much in that time. I have seen continued compassion for our families and the employees. It is the best life change I have ever made with no regrets.

Cons

Sometimes I wish IT advancement could be a bit quicker. For example, upgrading our credit card systems. But I know it is in the works. Corporate management is very open with us every step of the way and it is really nice to be kept informed.

Pros

I’m proud of the collaboration and commitment I see across both the Support Center department teams and our frontline location teams. There is a genuine effort to support one another, stay focused on serving families well, and work together through challenges. I appreciate the dedication of all employees, especially those working directly with the families we serve, as well as the partnership between departments that helps keep operations moving forward. The culture continues to grow in a positive direction as people adapt to change, share ideas, and support each other in meaningful ways.

Cons

Consistent communication across a large and dispersed organization can be challenging at times. As information moves through different levels of the organization, continuing to strengthen communication and alignment will help ensure employees feel informed, supported, and connected.

Pros

I am proud of the culture we are building at Everstory Partners. We are at the point in our People Roadmap that we are creating sustainable programs around development and recognition that positively impact our frontline employees. We will continue our efforts to develop and grow leaders and make decisions with the voice of our people in mind, as that work will never be "finished."

Cons

We continue to look for creative and consistent methods of communicating important information to our dispersed workforce. We understand that the intention and "why" behind programs and decisions that impart our people does not always get communicated. We still have a lot of work to do to nurture our culture and meet the needs of our employees, which sometimes causes a "backlog" that needs to be reprioritized often.
