Pros
Caseworkers care deeply for clients and families and do best they can. Working from home is a plus. Milage is paid.
Cons
$250 sign on bonus was an outright lie. Employees are told to lie on timesheets to not include any overtime. Absolutely no training other than videos. Turnover is unbelievable.
