Pros
The culture is great, everyone gets along well, and is very nice. Doesn't feel like there are cliques or clubs, or "that one guy we all hate but they just won't fire," like there are elsewhere.
Pay is consistent with the area, bonus structure is incredible, 401K match, great health insurance 100% paid.
Flexible schedule. All employees work from home on Wednesday and Friday, but management isn't overly strict about what days you come in, as long as you are getting things done.
C-Suite are great people, very kind, treat everyone with respect.
Shared vision among employees, it really feels like everyone is working towards the same goal(s), which are defined for the company, the departments, and the employee. (OKR's...)
A lot of company socials/events/gatherings, if you're into that.
Absolutely beautiful office, in an amazing location (just a few minutes north of the Golden Gate, so you're not stuck in a high-rise in dirty, gross San Francisco.
The work is interesting and fun. And everyone seems to be engaged in, and enjoy, their jobs. If you've ever worked somewhere that this wasn't the case, then you will understand how much of a difference this makes. Employees are very competent, and are professionals who know what they are doing, which is extremely refreshing coming from the exact opposite environment.
Fast growing brand! It is fun to work somewhere and have friends call you and say, "Hey, I just saw a commercial on TV for your company!"
Very inclusive and transparent company, in that the entire company is included in most conversations regarding goals, finances, etc. It is nice when one hand knows what the other hand is doing.
Cons
Meetings, meetings, and more meetings. If you're a "collaborator" who likes to book time on as many people's calendars as possible, so that we all see that you are, in fact, working; you will love it here.
Other than that (which is really just a minor annoyance) I really don't believe there are any cons to working here.
