Fully remote working means culture is suffering and working relationships / efficiency has been negatively impacted. Tools and processes aren’t fit for purpose. A lot of busy and ineffective working. Heavily administrative management of day to day work. Business decisions based on poor quality data which adds pressure to teams to fill the gap. Leadership team appear to site issues at individual level and no evidence of responding to recurring feedback / challenges faced by their teams. Not convinced there is appetite to resolve, more an intent to pacify in hope for resignation/quiet quitting/miraculous event. Wellbeing employee benefits are in place as compensation for poor working environment not as enhancement of it. If ever an agency captured the wellness zeitgeist, Everybody is it; sadly, it seems to apply only to its client portfolio. Promoting positive working behaviours and respectful attitudes need to come from the top.
