Pros

Office location in a trendy part of NYC. Good natural light and fresh fruit daily

Cons

Top heavy company with no vision. A very clique-ish and political environment. I have never seen so many miserable employees in my career. Senior management is clueless and does not support their staff. If you are not part of the in crowd, you will be ultimately let go by HR that is part of the culture problem. Avoid this company. Very toxic place to work.

Pros

My hiring process was a very positive experience! The team was extremely communicative throughout the process and answered all of my questions along the way. It was comforting to know where I stood throughout each round of interviews. The team culture is supportive, encouraging and pushing each other to achieve team goals as well as personal. Management trusts their teams to do their jobs and are supportive when needed. EDH offers a great work/life balance with flexible working hours, flexible in-office days and unlimited PTO.

Cons

Hiring process was a bit lengthy. Individual interviews were needed at times but some could have been in a panel/group setting with 1-2 current employees.

Pros

MedPage Today combines journalistic integrity with digital innovation to make a real impact in the lives of healthcare professionals and patients. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in purpose where everyone genuinely cares about doing good work. Leadership is accessible, work-life balance is respected, and there's a strong alignment with the larger Everyday Health Group vision of improving health outcomes through trusted information.

Cons

Like many organizations continuing to evolve in a fast-changing media and healthcare landscape, there are occasional growing pains with cross-team alignment and prioritization. But communication and transparency are improving steadily, and leadership is clearly committed to continuous improvement.
