We are currently reviewing how pay structures, working arrangements, and communication are managed to ensure greater clarity and transparency This work is being supported by strengthened leadership focus, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to help improve consistency, communication, and standards across the business. Pros

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Cons

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation
