      Pros

      So short of staff so they wknt be able to monitor what you are doing and you can get on with it Free gym membership Non-management are nice

      Cons

      Poor management Dont look after their staff Staff is just another number to them All they care is cut and profit and never focus on customer experience (every year we are told to cut more cost by management and above). Managers dont give u appraisals , just tell you to tick the boxes and sign it off. No progression, no prospect and they are disinterested in your progression. How can i stay on with poor wages and no progression? Equipment and machines are broken all times and due to cost savings they wont let you repair it and try delay 3-4months. Health and safety risks are ignored. No teamwork between department.

      Pros

      Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

      Cons

      Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
