Pros
None that outweigh the damage this place causes. Im really trying to find some pros. I think the only one Was when there Was nothing to do. 100 % remote if you don’t live next to the office.
Cons
The most toxic workplace I’ve ever experienced — zero respect, zero transparency, zero accountability. I usually keep my work and private life separate, but this company left a long‑lasting impact on my mental health. Even a year after leaving, I still feel how damaging those years were. Many of us ended up forming an informal support group just to stay sane. • Chaotic onboarding — mistakes made by the company are blamed on new employees who have no way of knowing what’s expected. • Unprofessional gossiping — managers openly discuss employees’ sick leaves, speculate about reasons for absence, and imply people are faking. • Disregard for labour law — legal requirements like 11 hours of rest or mandatory days off are ignored or mocked. • Unpaid overtime — overtime hours disappear from the system, and asking for payment makes you “demanding” or “not a team player.” • HR and Legal always side with the company — even when you have evidence that later stands up in court. • Forced early start — you’re expected to start 20 minutes earlier but not allowed to leave earlier or count it as overtime. • Punished for leaving on time — leaving at your scheduled hour is treated as “lack of engagement,” even if you’re doing team‑lead responsibilities. • Zero communication — decisions about you are made behind your back. • Employees treated as assets, not humans — and management makes that very clear. • No knowledge transfer — one person holds all project knowledge, and you’re blamed for not knowing company‑specific processes that exist nowhere else. • Toxic team leads — childish behaviour, silent treatment, ignoring your messages while answering everyone else’s. • Invasive behaviour around sick leave — asking directly why you were sick, trying to add you on social media to “check” if you’re really ill. • No raises, no appreciation — hard work goes unnoticed, while bad reviews appear without explanation. • Outdated equipment — laptops worth ~500 PLN that barely function. • Good managers get fired — the ones who treat people like humans are removed; the ones who treat people like assets stay. • Retaliation after reporting issues — raising a serious problem with a colleague resulted in backlash because HR informed the person involved and hr sided with them although proof Was delivered. • Blocked career progression — if a line manager dislikes you, you won’t get into another team, even if others want you. • Promotions only for favourites — no real career path unless you’re personally close to someone higher up. • Healthcare package is misleading — even the highest Luxmed tier doesn’t cover basic things. None that outweigh the damage this place causes. Overall This company was the worst professional experience of my life. The culture is toxic, management is unprofessional, and employees are treated without dignity or respect. Leaving was the best decision I made. I should’ve realise the enormous red fled during the interview when I asked about promotions and career opportunities when the TL immediately said „we want someone to stay, not to go somewhere else” - the first time someone didn’t appreciate ambition.
