Pros
The remnants of the acquisition companies contained good people who were world class in their field. Pity most of them have now left and the policy to replace them is dictated by the Atos obsession with juniorization and off-shoring. Still, they have just enough left in the bank to pay for CEO's in every business geography. Maybe if they had less of them and the spineless mid/senior managers who don't even show to meetings then they would have a chance of success. I'm not holding my breath though. Do join though if you're C-level with a knack for telling fibs or doing nothing, you'll fit in perfectly.
Cons
- Total and complete chaos. If dumpster fire watching is your jam, crack open a cold one and grab the popcorn. Broken processes, archaic, poorly designed systems. Authorizations for anything take an eternity. No one makes decisions. Management say one thing then entirely do the opposite. The color is orange yet it is Atos, Atos, everywhere.... - I don't know if I have the strength to list any more. The 3 months I spent under the banner of Eviden nearly broke me. If I never hear the name again, nor interact with anyone in a senior leadership role there, it cannot come a moment too soon. This employer should come with a government health warning.
