Although the company appears good from the outside, it's a mess inside with many incompetent people at the top.
Cons
The lack of HR policies makes HR bodies alive but act like mummies, in simple terms. The management is terrible; they encourage people to praise them for running a shitshow. The work environment is too negative. Politics at the senior level that are detrimental and unethical. There is no progress in professional or career development.
