      - Interesting work if you luck into a good client - Remote fully, no in office required - Good for networking

      Cons

      - Sadly most of the top talent has left for other ventures. Can be a good networking opportunity if you meet them before they leave, but most everyone will eventually find a life boat off this sinking ship. - Constant restructuring of the company as it has broken off and since been re-merged with Atos. - Clueless and uninvolved management. - Revolving door of an executive board, get used to frequent CEO, CFO, etc - Completely dead work culture - Underfunded bonus pools - No raises

      Pros

      The role is primarily remote, offering great flexibility. Many of the engineers are highly supportive, and having access to mentorship at this early stage of my career has been invaluable.

      Overall, it’s a great role for career development.
