      Fractured structure and leadership. Lacking a consistent common goal. Long hours, minimal compensation.

      Pros

      I loved this company it was home for me for a long time and the people were great. I wish It could of lasted longer then it did!!!

      Cons

      None at all no con besides the pay and that is because it was a small company and they could only afford what they can afford.
