Be careful of the contract! They expect you to do so much more administrative and prep work, outside of the hours you are paid. The hourly rate ends up being less than half when I account for all the extra work I would do every week. They expect employee level commitment from you while bringing the contract into everything. They make it hard to leave before a year is up without paying them a penalty for a job where all the tasks are not communicated transparently.
