Pros

Great culture at headquarters, interesting product markets, opportunity for travel Benefits aren’t terrible

Cons

No work/life balance Subpar pay for workload expectations Culture in US does not match HQ- anti-family, no leadership, serious morale issue due to the worst nepotism I’ve ever seen High turnover from the above problems- over 60% of the staff in one office lost in about a month

Pros

Great company! Impressive benefits! Fun atmosphere! Opportunity to Travel! Longtime employee of Evolis. Fun, close knit staff. The company is extremely devoted to the morale of their staff; providing excellent benefits, opportunity for growth and travel, as well as fun filled events planned throughout the year! One of the most family-oriented type mentalities I’ve ever been employed by, with the best interest of their employees, located in subsidiary’s around the world, being a primary focus. Certainly, a “When there is teamwork and collaboration, great things can be achieved” mindset. With recent company growth, we were faced with the expected growing pains of the process, however management immediately stepped in to make positive changes that resonated throughout the company, eliminating the negative, bringing in qualified staff, better equipped, at performing the job at hand, ultimately improving the all-around vibe of the company.

Cons

no disadvantages to discuss , none come to mind.

Pros

The sales teams in the Miami & Providence office are a nice group of people willing to help eachother.

Cons

The VP of Sales has terrible communication skills, has zero empathy & compassion for others, unrealistic goals, no value of work - life balance & will torture & abuse you with hidden messages, manipulation, overwork you & condescend you so much that you question why you are there in the first place.
