      Pros

      I was a winter break intern. This was by far the best group of people I've ever worked with. Super fun and caring and truly wanted the best for each and every person in the company. The things I learned are things that I will continue to use throughout life.

      Cons

      Everyone was caring and wanted me to hit my goals but sometimes they were a little too on me. They emphasized being independent and solution oriented, and they pushed me to do so, but at times wouldn't let me handle mistakes on my own.

      Pros

      I really enjoy how the team works together to make sure that they can represent the charity clients in the utmost professional and positive way. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat, making me excited to come to work every day. My favorite part is how there is always something to learn. There has never been a dull moment ever since I started. Does it take some grind? 100%. But I love challenges.

      Cons

      It's definitely a cultural shock at the beginning, but in the best way possible.
