In my experience, risks identified by subject matter experts are not adequately considered, and when those risks materialized, managers and senior mangers were fired rather than the decision-makers themselves.
- Evolve emphasizes a commitment to inclusion, but my experience did not consistently reflect this value. I observed repeated inappropriate and sexist remarks from a direct leader that were not meaningfully addressed.

While the company is not laying off 25+ people at once, laying off 3-5 people across multiple disciplines, at a quarterly cadence feels feel similar. Greater clarity and honesty around these decisions would help build trust.
