Pros
Can't think of any. Others said that benefits were above average but that's not true. The benefits package is sub par and just significantly went up because of the awful new leadership
Cons
Terrible culture, leadership does not embrace talent or encourage growth and development, employees are shamed for taking time off. Company is actively shrinking (despite always talking about being a growth company, it's a blatant lie)- people being laid off, leaving of their own accord and not being replaced. Company is clearly getting ready to sell so the CEO and other new leadership only interested in increasing profits and looking to make very short term changes.
